We value your privacy and are committed to being transparent in how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Services, including the AI Assistant, Analytics engine, Channels recommender, ad creative generation tools, and other marketing intelligence features (collectively, the "Services").

This Policy explains our practices regarding your personal information and describes your privacy rights.

By using our Services, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Information We Collect ​

We collect the following categories of information:

Information You Provide ​

  • Account and Profile Information: When you register or update your account, we collect your email address, username, password, and (when using OAuth) first name, last name, and avatar.
  • AI Inputs and Outputs: When you use our AI Assistant, we collect the prompts and inputs you provide, as well as the outputs and generated content.
  • Support and Communications: Any information you submit when contacting us through the support chat or other communication channels.

Information Automatically Collected ​

  • Technical and Device Information: IP address, country, device type, browser type and version, operating system, and user agent.
  • Usage and Analytics Data: We use self-hosted analytics platform to collect data about your interactions with the Services, including page views, clicks, session duration, and feature usage. This also includes identification of unauthenticated users.
  • Error and Performance Logs: Browser error logs and technical logs related to service performance.

Information from Third Parties ​

  • Authentication Providers: When you sign in via Google or Discord, we receive your email, username, first name, last name, and avatar from these providers.
  • AI Service Providers: When you use the AI Assistant, your prompts are going through OpenRouter. Read more: https://openrouter.ai/privacy

How We Use Your Information ​

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To Provide and Operate the Services ​

  • To deliver the core functionality of our Services.
  • To process your inputs and generate responses through our AI Assistant.
  • To maintain your account, conversation history, and generated content.

To Improve Our AI Agents and Personalization ​

We use your inputs (prompts), outputs, and usage patterns within our own infrastructure to:

  • Improve and develop our AI agents through self-improving loops;
  • Enhance the quality, relevance, and accuracy of our AI features;
  • Build and refine personalization and recommendation algorithms;
  • Analyze performance, identify common failure cases, and improve user experience.

We do not use your personal data or conversation content to train or fine-tune third-party foundation models.

To Analyze and Improve the Product ​

We analyze how users interact with our Services (including which features are used, session patterns, and popular workflows) to understand user needs, prioritize development, and improve overall product quality.

To Communicate with You ​

To send service-related notifications, respond to your support requests, and inform you about important updates to the Services or our policies.

To Ensure Security and Prevent Misuse ​

To protect the security and integrity of our Services, detect fraudulent activity, debug technical issues, and prevent abuse.

We comply with applicable laws and legal obligations. We are committed to protecting our users' data and will review government or regulatory requests carefully.

Aggregated and De-identified Data ​

We may aggregate or de-identify information so that it no longer identifies you. We may use and disclose such anonymized data for any purpose, including research, analytics, and service improvement.

Important Note on Data Sharing: We do not share your personal information or conversation data to any third parties. Your data is used only for the purposes described above.

How We Share Your Information ​

We share your personal information only in the limited circumstances described below and never sell it to third parties.

Service Providers and Partners ​

We work with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate. We share the minimum necessary data with them for the following purposes:

  • AI Infrastructure: Your prompts and inputs are sent to OpenRouter to generate responses from selected AI models. We only route requests to models that do not train on or store user data for their own purposes.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: We use cloud hosting provider to run our services. Your data is stored and processed on secure servers provided by these hosting companies.

All our third-party service providers are contractually required to protect your data and use it only for the specific purposes we instruct.

Business Transfers ​

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, asset sale, or similar corporate transaction, your information may be transferred as part of the business assets. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before your personal information is transferred to a new controller.

We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to:

  • Comply with applicable laws, valid court orders, or government requests;
  • Enforce our Terms of Service or investigate potential violations;
  • Protect the rights, safety, and property of Tmarket, our users, or the public.

We may share your information in other ways if you explicitly consent to such sharing.

Data Retention ​

We retain your personal information for as long as your account remains active, or as long as is reasonably necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Retention Periods ​

  • Account Information — We retain your account data (email, username, profile, etc.) for as long as your account is active.
  • AI Conversations and Generated Content — We retain your prompts, conversation history, and AI-generated outputs (e.g., ad creatives) for as long as your account is active.
  • Usage Analytics — We retain analytics data collected via our self-hosted analytics services for as long as your account is active.

Deleting Your Data ​

  • Deleting Individual Conversations: You can delete specific conversations directly in the AI Assistant interface.
  • Deleting Your Account: You can delete your account at any time through the "Delete Account" option in your account settings. This will remove your account profile and associated basic information.

Please note: For security, safety, and legal compliance reasons, we may retain deleted conversations, generated content, and related analytics data for a limited period (up to 30 days) after deletion, even after account deletion. This helps us investigate potential abuse, fraud, illegal activity, or respond to legal requests.

After this retention period, we will permanently delete or anonymize the data, unless longer retention is required by law.

Important: Due to current technical limitations, deleting your account does not automatically delete your full AI conversations history, generated content, or analytics data. To request complete deletion of all your data (including conversations, outputs, and analytics), please send an explicit request to ceo@tmarket.io.

We will process such requests as soon as reasonably possible.

We may retain certain information for longer periods when required by law, for security reasons, to prevent abuse, protect our legal rights, or comply with regulatory obligations.

Minimum Age ​

Our Services are intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and are not directed at children under the age of 18. If you are under 18 years old, you are not permitted to use our Services.

If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information as quickly as possible.

Parents or Guardians If you believe that we may have collected information from a child under 18, please contact us at ceo@tmarket.io. We will promptly investigate and, if confirmed, delete the relevant data.

Changes to This Privacy Policy ​

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the latest changes were made. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy regularly to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree with the revised Policy, you must stop using the Services.
